Roasting
As Coffeee is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa offers citrus hints to balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.
Strength - 3, easy and easy going, great for relaxing at the weekend.
